A tractor-trailer collided with a passenger van in Arizona yesterday which resulted in the tragic death of 7 people.  The van vehicle was heading east on Interstate 10 about 40 miles west of Phoenix while the truck was traveling west when it went across the highway and struck the van head on.

Madison County Illinois Crash Kills Two

A car accident just outside of St. Jacob, Illinois this morning turned out to be fatal for two motorists.  For unknown reasons, a Lincoln Continental vehicle was traveling down Ellis Road near the 11000 block when the vehicle left the roadway(near Chestnut Road).  The single car accident resulted in both the driver and the passenger being killed.  Early investigative reports indicate that neither vehicle occupant was wearing a seatbelt.
