The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a February motorcycle accident near Stotts City, Missouri killed a man. The traffic crash report the 39 year old man died on Missouri 97 in Lawrence County, Missouri. According to reports, while riding his Honda motorcycle, the driver attemped to pass two vehicles on the highway. Two tractor trailers recently rolled over while headed west on I-44 near mile marker 61. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, both westbound lanes were blocked. There was also a separate, one-vehicle wreck two miles away at mile marker 63. Missouri Tries to Reduce Teen Car Accidents

Project Safe School Year is a new plan put in place this week within five Fort Zumwalt District high schools. The overall hope is to raise safe driver awareness while also tracking accidents caused and suffered by Missouri teens.
