The family of Dennis Riegel, Jr. of Washington, Missouri was awarded $89 million dollars as a result of his death caused by a drunk driver. In February 2008, Mr. Riegel were driving on Highway 100 as they returned from registering for their wedding. Troy Zerna was driving on the same road at the same time. Missouri Second Injury Fund must bring subrogation case in circuit court

Yesterday, the Missouri Supreme Court, determined that the Missouri Work Comp Second Injury Fund can pursue subrogation actions in the circuit courts of Missouri. The Supreme Court’s ruled that “the [second injury] fund’s common-law subrogation interest does not arise under the worker’s compensation act.”

Dangerous Denture Cream
