“This evening, the Olivette City Council passed, with a unanimous vote, two pieces of legislation that would include nondiscrimination protections for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community of Olivette in employment, housing and public accommodations, as well as the creation of a Domestic Partner Registry.
